This adults only book of 'Remarkably rude but real names of people, places and products from all over the world' will have any male laughing his head off within seconds. Great to take down the pub.

By Andrea Levy. A very interesting book, Dad came to England on boarrd the empire Windrush from Jamca via America in 1948. It tells how the family settled into English life. This particular family settled in London.
I can remember the people coming from the West Indies to work in England, and been told "to have nothing to do with them" by my mother. My mum, a "good Methodist" changed her mind when they started attending a nearby Church, filling both the Church and its coffers, making it the richest Church in the Circuit. In later years, she would go to see the Leeds West Indian Carnival, only to be lifted on to the floats by some of her new friends, she continued to do this until well into her late 70s.
writen by Patrick Suskind. This is a German Author, writing a book about Perfume, set in 18th centuary France.
I have read some weird and wonderful books over the last couple of years, and this is both. Beautifully written, it is about the sense of smell. It is a great book, but with a "sting in the tail". It really is hard to put down it goes along nice and slowly for 90% of the book, but the last 10% just goes so quick, and you would never guess the ending.
